      Has anyone actually had good experiences with a Strata Management Company…to the point where they would actually recommend them?

      We are looking to change managers and are interested in a manager who manages small blocks (4-9 units), as opposed to high rises. A sole operator would be great.

      It seems the larger the Strata company, the worse they are in terms of service.
