Our strata roll not only has all the names of current owners and tenants, but also the names of previous owners and tenants. It gets confusing because I am an owner/occupier but it looks like my unit has a tenant. Other units look like they have more than one owner, like additional/joint owners have been added at various dates. There is nothing in the roll which says “current” or “past”.

I read the legislation and checked the Fairtrading website and they just say the information to be in the roll are owners and their addresses for service together with tenants details. I would have thought this meant current owners and current tenants only and not past ones. I asked our strata manager and she says its all past and current owners and tenants.  I think she's wrong.

      Anyone got any ideas?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
