Strata Search Fee

      Can anyone advise please what is the current (Jan 2012) statutory fee for a search of strata records? Commercial fees seem to be around $248 but we assume this is more than the regulation fee for an individual applying direct to the strata manager/EC.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
