      Article in last Saturday’s SMH was interesting – we requested 2 addtional swipes when we moved apartments in 2013 and were asked for a $200 deposit. We returned the swipes on moving and suddenly the deposit became a non refundable payment – the agents – lets name and shame {name removed} are now arguing that despite one of their staff put in writing that this was a deposit we aint getting the money back – what an awesome little earner ! krrr khing
