      Hi,

      We are in Nsw and 12 months into a contract with a Strata Management company that expires in 24 months with 43 lots.

      Due to incompetence and ignoring the multitude of directions by the EC can this contract be terminated? If so how?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
