Hi Jimmy,

Thank you for all the information, topics and feedback on this site. It truly is a library of wisdom. You have used your powers for good.

It has been and is a great help to me personally living in Strata Land.

Am constantly amazed by the width and depth of issues in Strata and the lack of understanding and fair resolution from CTTT if and when resolution is needed.

Would you please send me a link for the most current ACT as I feel I may be using some prehistoric version.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
