      I didn’t want to put this post in front of a great post by Whale under Common Property / OH&S reports, so as to make his post disappear for a while. I’ll simply point to it here. Everyone should read his observations about some strata managers. He must be talking about the same strata manager as we have. Save the Whale!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
