Hi I live in a unit block which is about to undergo roofing work and the executive committee have put up signs telling us the builders are to have 24/7 access to parking for 6 weeks and any vehicles found parked on common property will be towed at the owners expense. Is this legal ? I understand the need for the access but the towing part doesn’t sit well .

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
