How do we prevent tree removal?

      A downstairs neighbour wants to remove a tree. It is on land which is on her title, but provides shade and privacy to units above. Do neighbours who do not want the tree removed have any right to object?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
