Unit owner will not allow access to fix water leak

       There is a water leak into my unit from the upstairs apartment but the owner won’t allow access to the strata plumber to fix the problem.  What can I do?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
