      Hi I live in a large strata scheme. The EC of the strata discovered that the caretakers were using unlicensed contractors for repairs and maintenance work on air conditioning, ventilation systems, boiler and stuff amounting to more than $1000 for each single job. This is dissallowed by OFT.

      When EC wanted to take action the caretaker got proxies and changed the EC. Do the owners have any chance of taking any action on this issue with the caretaker. Would the OFT look into auch issues?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
