unresponsive strata manager

      I am the secretary of the EC and have a testy relationship with our strata manager who has often not responded to my emails. Recently she has not responded to 3 emails I have sent her seeking to have her forward the EC a quote from a builder for some required work and which the builder has advised me he has forwarded to the strata manager more than a week ago. Unfortunately the other 2 members of the EC are apathetic which makes the situation more difficult.

      Is there a mechanism to complain to Fair Trading about the unsatisfactory behaviour of the strata manager?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
