Hi, I am fairly new to apartment living and now that I have an issue I need to try and understand process. We have 18 story building in Sydney and the foyer has had the existing bespoke furniture removed and replaced with cheap rubbish. I have asked the strata manager to help me understand why the furniture that was proposed and sent to residents wasn’t provided and also who the designer was. Despite repeated email requests my questions are not being answered. There is a large group of unhappy owners fearful of the value of our properties negatively affected by the abysmal quality of the lobby. Where to now for help please?
