Recently a member of our executive council approved a cheque made out to a contractor doing work on her apartment. This work had not been approved by the EC nor had the monies been approved. what do we do. We have stopped all works to try and resolve this matter.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
