VIC: Who pays this Special Levy – buyer or seller?

      Hi all,

      VIC question here. If a buyer has signed a contract of sale with a settlement of two months and a Special Levy is struck after the contract of sale but before settlement, who pays this Special Levy? The Buyer or Seller?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
