A car is parked illegally all day under the “no parking” sign at our common property turning circle.

We have recently discovered the driver is a friend of a resident who lets them into the building so they can park there.

Warning notices are ignored, and we can’t tow the car or clamp it.  What do we do?

You breach the resident. They are responsible for the conduct and actions of any guest that they allow onto the premises.

Don’t blame the guest, they are doing what the resident has allowed them to do.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
