My husband & I are joint owners of our unit. The Act apparently requires one of us to provide the other with a proxy, in order to vote. So far, we have been to two AGMs, with only one of us voting by consent of the other, but it has all been verbal. I have not been able to find anything on the net or in this forum about a requirement to use the official proxy form. I know JimmyT touched on this subject only recently, but he didn’t mention how it is supposed to be done. Can anyone help please?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
