Voting for Committee Members

      We are about to hold our AGM in Victoria and unit owners can nominate to become committee members.  Our  Executive Committee is limited to 4 members.  We have 15 units in our block.  If 5 people nominated to be on the committee and each person received 3 votes each – which would mean that all were equal – how do you get the 5 down to 4 members?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
