      Is there a set procedure for poll voting at General Meetings?

      Is it compulsory to distribute ballot papers returned to the Chair for entitlement counting and declaration?

      Or is it allowed to use Show of Hands but calculate on entitlements?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
