Water damage from another tenant

      We recently had water damage to our unit from the unit above their internal water heater burst flooding their unit and making its way down to ours causing considerable damage. We are now up for the excess and inconvenience of replacing our floor. Will their insurance cover us?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
