      i have water hammer coming from a neighbour but none will let plumber in to suss problem?they are completely ignoring my request to call a plumber as they are too cheap to fix water hammer from their apartment

      once found who pays??Confused

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
