Myriad of problems at my Strata in Sydney NSW. As a sort of ‘circuit-breaker’ could we get rid of our hopeless-for-years Strata Manager and also our besieged Executive Committee/s who try and do things right but are stymied at every turn and harassed by nasty, nasty, selfish owners (resident and otherwise)…… and VOLUNTARILY have a compulsory Strata Manager appointed for a year or so?

Could the current EC do it? Or would it need to be voted in at an EGM or AGM by Special Resolution to save any NCATTing and such.

I vaguely know the nuts and bolts. Just a brief suggestion of the best avenue to go down would be great thanks. Don’t want to waste anyones valuable time.

We need to have a really tough, authoritative and attentive person preferably not on site so no one on site can be exposed to the nastiness here. I’m talking serious sociopaths.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
