Was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on web portals for an OC? Primarily this is for co-ordinating tasks and events for an Exec Committee (i.e assign and track tasks). If at all possible, I’d like to include discussion areas for all owners as well as the EC, as well as sharing files, information, notices, etc.

We have strata managers, but the secure site they have for owners is very limited and does not have the features I’m looking for.

We’re only a small SP – 10 units – and I’m not sure there will be much motivation to spend much money on this. I’m trying to make mine and my fellow EC members’ lives a bit easier than trying to have everything individually tracked via e-mail (it really needs to be collaborative so the management of the info doesn’t just fall to one member). Having a spreadsheet will not be adequate, I don’t think.

I’ve looked at BigTent and Wiggio (US based group websites) and have only looked a little at housenet.com.au. I’d love to hear from anyone with real experience with these or other solutions. I could self-host, but I’d rather not be that “indispensable” to the solution unless it’s the only viable option for us.

      Thanks

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
