      Well… the Whale’s just received his Cert IV in Property Services (Operations) compliments of TAFE (NSW), and whilst I doubt that it will make me a better “Strata Guru”, I might be able to now provide posters with some additional advice concerning selling their Units and even with placing a few cows for agistment on the Common Property Laugh.

      I’d completed the Registered Manager’s Course and my initial objective was to keep learning, but the way interest rates are moving I might have to look at applying to OFT for a License so that I can assist a couple of Plans to self-manage – just to keep us off aged-peoples’ welfare for a few more years!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
