I am a member of a Committee in Victoria.   In the year that I have been a Committee member/Director, there has never been an Agenda or 3 day’s notice.  We have emails.

For example our latest email says something along these lines:

Penetrations to the roof should only be allowed in areas where all residents and owners have access.  Air Con Systems are only allowed to be installed on balconies.  This is to stop damage to the roof.

Directors are asked to advise if they do not agree with this.

What is the status of any decisions made?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
