Subject applies where over 50% of occupiers are tenants. AGM is coming up and no evidence of any action. Fair Trading spokeswoman’s advice: “they” should call their agent to confirm that their tenancy has been advised to the Strata Mgr. and …. that’s about it – apart from find an owner willing to pay for and conduct a search. Not much use in the slum blocks where no tenant would have heard of the option or if so wouldn’t contemplate hours of work and cost.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
