Who can add a motion to an EGM?

      Can any owner at a motion to an EGM even if it is changing something that already was voted on by the owners.  Does an owner have to be financial to add a motion to an EGM/

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
