We are purchasing an off the plan apartment, with final inspection due shortly.

My question is: how should we address defects in the common areas?

For a new development, who is responsible for identifying, notifying and tracking these, how is this done, and at what point in time?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
