I live in Melbourne and my shower has leaked to the Apt below I have regrouted and resilconed the tray.
The tenant says there is mould in their ceiling which needs repairing. My question is who is responsible for the repair/paint?
I would be really appreciative if you could help me out. Or point me to someone who could.
