      The Strata Plan for the building I live in was registered on 29/6/73.

      Can you confirm that all windows belong to the Lot owner and are not common property.

      We intend to make it clear to owners that replacement is the owners responsibility and cost and not the Strata Plans.

      We will create a By Law to cover standard specifications,external colour etc and ongoing repairs and maintenance.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
