      I assume it is common within strata plans to define architectural standards.

      Our complex has quite defined specifications within the Strata Plan and it has been noticed that one owner has carried out rectification work that contravenes the standards laid down by changing internal windows from glass louvers to full pained glass.

      Would appreciate thoughts on the validity of this.
