Workers parking in visitor spots

      I live in a residential/commercial blocks of units. For some time now, people who work in the commercial units are parking in the visitors’ spots most days of the week and week after week. Is this legal?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
