(1) An owner or occupier of a lot, or a guest of an owner or occupier, must not unreasonably create any noise likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other person entitled to use the common property.
yes my body corporate rules contains that section..
My apartment block is less than 2 years old, it will be 2 in late may 2014, so it doesn’t seem I’m too late to contact the builder about it, but they will just claim it meets Australian standards.
Is there anything I can do in regards to forcing the builder to sort this out, they are a huge volume builder of houses and apartments/units in Victoria.
