When you have two car spaces is it OK to park a small caravan or trailer in one of them?

Having lived in Zealand Strata scheme for several years, then escaped to Port Stephens & a house with pool & gas/elecricity supplied. Installed solar panels 3 years ago & enjoyed reduced Lecky bill. It’s never free as some people attest. Winter account is around $200+ summer is even from them to us. Going all electric would be a disaster. Once the powers that be have conned everyone into switching, then up will go the rates the Lecky people charge. Trust me, I deliberately heat my pool to stop me selling to the power mob for 7 cents a Kwh.
