Thanks chesswood, I was able to get a copy of the general adjustment sheet and as a bonus, catch Strata Management in a lie. The previous owner had already paid strata up until settlement date, my conveyancer had then already paid the rest (after settlement date) on my behalf – and strata management were trying to make me pay again.
