With the addition of electronic voting via a reliable secure encrypted method (definitely NOT email) one wonders why an owner would ever have to appoint a proxy or a power of attorney.

Any on line voting software must comply with the relevant legislative requirements otherwise meetings and decisions could be deemed invalid.  Strata Vote is purpose built and could be utilised in Other States including NSW.

I think lot owners need to embrace this new technology as it offers solutions to a number of issues.
