Thank you, both. I must have had it in my head that we didn’t have much option to delay the AGM that much but it is very early in the financial year and that is an option. I have also talked to the other owner who is happy to stay hands-off and delegate to me, so I’ll mention this to the strata manager and see what they suggest. Insurance has already been dealt with recently and there aren’t any other major issues I’m aware of.
