Hi All,

I thought I would give an update.

I finally had the issue resolved, and was credited back the arrears fee.

I basically had to go above and beyond the person I was dealing with, and put my case to someone that understood my concerns. The learning is that i finally was able to talk to a real person, rather than the limits of email, who understood i was genuine. So always important to get on the phone and talk to someone real .. or better F2F if thats possible.

Anyhows, I will donate the fee to my favourite charity.

Like i said before, it wasn’t about the money since not a big amount, ..more about being taken for a fool and being taken advantage of, cos its easier for them to do so.

Nothing. I’m the same also… but a lot different. I was just very frustrated at the time. 🙂

Thanks for the advice, its not a big amount of money, $70,  however its the principle of the matter. I would rather give this money to charity than have this middle aged crook take it.

and I would pay $700 if i was truly at fault, and not blink, however, they are just taking advantage of the situation, even though i am (and all the owners) are paying their wages

I will see what other suggestions people make before i make a decision/take action, and will let you know how it goes
