There are lots of questions about levies in this week’s forum postbag, including one about paying too much, another about maybe paying too little and a third wondering how what they pay is calculated.
In the first instance, our Flatchatter is in a scheme where the townhouses pay more than the apartments but most of the money is spent on the unit block.
Can they split the scheme or reassess the levies? Will the owners in the apartment block any changes that mean they have to pay more? That’s HERE.
