From the Forum: Sole committee member seeks support

No one else in a small block was interested in volunteering, so a new owner ended up as a strata committee of one.

Now more than half the other owners want to be on the committee too.

She’s happy to bring the backsliders on board.  But how does she even do that when the next AGM and committee election is almost a year away?  That’s HERE.
