Then, at 3.30 on Thursday, October 20, back by popular demand, we have the return of Lawyer in the Hot Seat where David and JimmyT from Flatchat discuss the latest and hottest topics in strata.
Jimmy will be putting David in the hot seat and asking your questions. Topics will include:
- Mould claims,
- building defects,
- dysfunctional committees,
- the Strata Hub,
- by-law disputes and much more.

Changing your strata manager
Our final webinar for the month is called Changing your strata manager – Traps and Tricks and is presented by the Owners Corporation Network (OCN).
On Wednesday, October 26, from 1-2pm on Zoom, this free one-hour webinar, featuring John Hutchinson from Strata Answers, will cover all aspects of changing your strata manager, including:
- What is a reasonable fee?
- What services you should insist are included?
- Must you accept what your strata manager offers?
- Does running a tender empower your OC more than just seeking a proposal?
