Strata finances are different - find out how.

Strata finances can seem complicated, but two upcoming webinars aims to simplify the process by applying proven corporate finance principles to how owners corporations crunch their numbers.

Flat Chat sponsor Lannock is hosting two free webinar sessions next month titled “Applying the principles of corporate finance and tax to the economics of owners corporations.”

The online sessions will explore how apartment owners and strata committees can make better financial decisions using seven key tools from the corporate finance toolkit. The webinar will also address the often-overlooked impact of taxation on both owners corporations and individual owners.

“What should we do about all of this?” is the central question the presentation seeks to answer, offering practical guidance for improving strata financial management.

Two session times are available to accommodate different schedules. Click on your preference to register: Monday, 1st December from 1:30pm to 2:15pm; or Tuesday, 9th December from 11:00am to 11:45am.

The 45-minute sessions will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and are open to strata owners, committee members, and anyone interested in understanding the financial side of apartment living.

Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
