The recent changes to NSW strata law covered a lot of ground – from making it easier to sack committee members to increased consumer protection over contracts.
But media focus on the “sexier” issues meant the some of the less click-bait changes went unnoticed. Among the overlooked issues were sustainability compliance and the new regs covering how to accommodate people with disabilities.
