I'm planning on requesting mediation with the CTTT soon mostly about decisions made by either the EC or OC which either were not on any agenda or not the req'd special resolution.  One impediment is that I've heard that there is something in the legislation along the lines of not being able to have a complaint adjudicated after one year (I think if it was on an agenda and minutes but the wrong type or forum).

I phoned the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) twice about this and was told A) that I was correct and B) that I was wrong.  I've typed 12, twelve and year into a word search in the legislation and nothing relevant to my quirie came up.

Documentation only needs to be kept for around 7 yrs so I suppose that is a limitation regarding evidence.  Some things such as a replacement fence (no agenda or minutes – or evidence) providing far less security than the old one were done many years ago but remain a concern.  Presumably at best all one could achieve is to have all the alterations re-submitted to a General meeting which might lead to some satisfaction.

Anyone have experience/knowledge, I don't want to spend a day listing complaints to no avail?
