      Hi,

      How do I get a copy of our by-laws. E.C.doesn’t know & have approached our managing agent a couple of times but no response.

      Also, recently at our AGM ,a couple of issues raised & were referred to EC for discussion. Would imagine that this would be noted in AGM minutes, but how long after AGM should we receive a copy of those? At same AGM, new members were voted onto E.C, should  all  names be included in minutes so we know who they are?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
