our strata manager wants to charge us $350 for an egm to table a resolution and by-law to construct car ports. Is this usual? To pass a bye law to take down the existing car port we were not charged.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
