Our owners’ corporation says renters have no right to complain about amenity losses and mis-management: they are not owners.
My owner is very old and sick and lives overseas and has little interest in the property.
Do owners’ corporations and its executive committee have a duty of care to renters?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
