Fees for accessing documents

      We intend to begin looking at our SP’s documents shortly. While we are aware of the fee requirement, we are not entirely certain of when the payment should be made. I remember seeing advice that it (the payment) should be attached to the S108 request, which seems unreasonable, since we don’t know how long it will take us to view & copy the documents, therefore an invoice should be sent later. Does anyone know?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
