      Hi Everyone

      Can you clarify what temperature a pool is maintained for your building during Summer and Winter and the rationale please? i.e how is it determined and whether owners make permanent changes at an AGM.

      I live in a development where the pool was heated all year to a temperature of 27c. At the last AGM owners agreed to the pool not being heated in Winter as a cost saving exercise. There was no resolution that the pool would otherwise be maintained at another temperature during Summer.

      The EC has made a decsion to lower the temperature to 24c. The pool does not enjoy sun all day and its a large pool… frankly it’s freezing and unless one laps its quite uncomfortable.
