      How do we stop people leasing from one night to two months?  The caretaker is the main culprit, organising holiday lets, and the EC Chairman and Secretary rent their flats through him and support him.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
